  1. Butt fusion

  Hot-melt butt welding is to use a hot-melt butt welding machine to heat the end of the pipe. After the end of the pipe is melted, it is quickly attached, maintaining a certain pressure, and cooling to achieve the purpose of welding.

  Those with a size larger than 90mm can be connected by hot-melt butt joint process. This method is economical and reliable, and the joint has higher strength than the coffin itself when it is under tension and pressure.

       2. Saddle butt connection

       In the application process, we often encounter the problem of tapping the main pipe according to the actual needs. For traditional and pipe materials, a section of the main pipe must be cut off first, and then a tee is installed to complete the tapping. The saddle tee can be connected by butt connection, that is, using a saddle butt welding machine, directly connect a saddle tee to the main pipe, and then use the equipped cut-to-cut main pipe, so that it is bent into the tap of the main pipe, and the construction is very fast.

       3. Steel-plastic flange connection

       Pipes, steel pipes and valves should be connected by steel-plastic flanges. The pipe ends and the corresponding plastic support rings can be connected by hot-melt butt connection. The connection between the steel pipe ends and the metal flanges should meet the corresponding steel pipe welding regulations. Flange can be used to form the connection with the steel pipe.

       Flange connection is also suitable for the interconnection between the two pipes. Generally speaking, no sealing ring is required between the support ring and the support ring, but it is still necessary to add a sealing ring under large-scale and high-pressure working conditions. When flanged connection of pipes made of other materials, sealing rings must be used.
