       1. Preheating stage

       The molten ring used to establish butt welding at this stage is entered after the welding preparation work (positioning, milling the pipe end face, butt pressure calculation, welding temperature calculation) is completed. In addition to heating the pipe end face of the PE pipe, its other The purpose is to eliminate the small gaps remaining on the end face of the pipe.

       Second, the heating stage

       This stage is used to spread the temperature inside the material, forming a molten region, usually at a pressure close to zero (or just a pressure that keeps the tube end from detaching from the heating plate).

       This stage is used to remove the heating plate so that the surfaces to be welded are brought into contact. The shorter the time of this stage, the better, as far as possible to avoid heat loss or foreign objects (dust, sand, etc.) falling on the end face of the pipe to be welded, so as to avoid reducing the welding strength or welding failure of the PE pipe.

       4. Welding stage

       This stage is the process in which the molecular chains of the molten material on the welding end face are rewound and combined under the action of pressure, which is marked by the establishment of a uniform welding ring.

       5. Cooling stage

       Welding end stage, this stage is used to avoid the interference of various external forces that may reduce the strength of the connection.
